That’s why we’ve created our Pre-Employment Programme (PeP), designed to guide you through every step. This programme is specifically tailored to support individuals who are currently out of work, helping them develop the skills and experience necessary to move closer to employment. Our training covers what being a call handler entails, communication tips, placement exposure, and help with application and interview preparation. On completion of the programme, you are offered a guaranteed interview for the positions available.
We’re hosting a number of open days in different areas which will walk you through the call handler role and describe the PeP program in detail and provide an opportunity to ask questions—so you can decide if this path is right for you.
We’re looking for passionate individuals to join our dynamic teams in Liverpool, Greater Manchester, and Bolton, where you’ll play a crucial role in managing the thousands of calls we receive each day.
If you think this could be the career for you, we encourage you to join us to gain insight into how this programme could work for you.
