The Religion, Belief and Culture Forum provides the opportunity to talk about diverse religions, beliefs and cultures, and aims to raise awareness and understanding and to work towards connecting and supporting staff. The Forum also aims to share good practice and to provide interfaith advice, guidance and information.
Through presentations and discussions, the Forum provides opportunities for colleagues to better understand the diverse communities we serve, as well as those represented in our workforce, and to improve colleague and patient experience.
Both internal and external speakers join the Forum to share their different religions, beliefs and cultures.
“It’s important that everyone has a positive experience, feels safe and comfortable to be themselves and have their identities respected.”
