Our non-emergency Patient Transport Service provide over 1.5 million journeys every year helping patients in the North West who need extra support get to and from their healthcare appointments.

Patients are eligible if they have a medical condition which stops them getting to their appointment by any other means.

All journeys are booked and planned through our contact centres who will ask simple questions about medical conditions and mobility matching the support and transport to our patients’ individual needs, which may include travelling with an escort for specific requirements or travelling with one of our volunteer car drivers.
