Patient and Public Panel charter
At our induction evenings patient and public panel members were asked to co-produce a panel charter outlining their thoughts on the PPP’s purpose, outputs and behaviours that they should follow as a volunteer for the trust. This document will be reviewed and refreshed on a yearly basis.
Learning from deaths report – Q4 2019/20
Following publication of the ‘National guidance for ambulance trusts on Learning from Deaths: A framework for NHS ambulance trusts in England on identifying, reporting, reviewing and learning from deaths in care’ the trust is required to publish on its public accounts a quarterly and then annual summary of learning.
